And So the Winds Change…

Yesterday, I accepted a job offer.

A dream job really.

Someone is going to PAY me to blog.

And to learn SEO, marketing, Google, design, etc.

My excitement is immense.

My attitude is a 180 degrees from blah.

I can still run my kids around.  Work out.  Do everything I’ve been doing…

I can’t wait to see what the future holds!!

      1. That’s great! Have you written a post with a good weight lifting routine for us, especially improving poster? Where could I find something like this? I normally prefer free weights. I’m asking as you are the expert! 🙂

      2. No, I haven’t written anything like this and am unsure who’s the expert. I do Olympic weightlifting (there’s also power lifting). Olympic weightlifting programming is complicated in and of itself. The professionals have this programmed out years! What exactly are you looking for?

      3. Just to get in shape without hiring a trainer. So, need a routine I can do at the gym. I am not a powerhouse like you… just a normal gal wanting to weight lift. So, imagine me going to a trainer and saying, “Help me create a weight lifting routine that I can do by myself that focuses on posture, and the rest of the body too.” I am looking for a job, so cannot spend money on a trainer right now.

        I see many people at the gym who seem to have a routine they do… they are not Olympians, they just are normal people going in and working out. :). I’ll google this.
