I am so frustrated right now I almost can’t see straight.
My form for snatches sucks.
It always has.
For two years.
Now that the weight is heavy, it matters.
I’m so frustrated. So very, very frustrated.
I’m mad I didn’t find someone to fix me sooner.
Now, I have to start from square one. The problem is so ingrained.
I almost want to throw a barbell through a window.
I won’t though.
Instead, I’ll buckle down and get to work.
There’s nothing else I can do.
Insert “golf game” instead of cross fit and I could write the same story. Ughhh.

Form is more important then how much weight you lift. Been there!
