Giving Up Sugar…

I’m gonna try this for one week.  One week.  I don’t know how I’ll do, but I have to try.

I have a huge sweet tooth, and I know it’s hindering my performance goals.

Beginning now, Saturday Jan 27th, 2018, at 2:42 pm.

Some of my strategies:

  1. Replace sugar in coffee with cinnamon only.
  2. Drink more water.
  3. Don’t buy treats I like.
  4. Stick to Zone Diet at much as possible.

You all will be my accountability partners.  And I’ll need it.

I’ll update regularly.
