Going Through the Motions of CrossFit

With the coronavirus, it’s become dull, dreary days of the same thing.

For me, it’s this:

  • Get up
  • Work out
  • Work

Today, I got up and did a heavy workout I particularly did not want to do, but I did it. Indifferently.

I am waiting until I can feel again.
