All week I’ve been tight. My glutes. My shoulders. My neck. I schedule a massage which I usually do about once a month. And now I can move again.
The difference is so noticeable it’s difficult to describe. All of my muscles have released their tension. My range of motion has returned to normal. I can turn my head again. The knots in my shoulders are lessened. And my squat is back.
