This past weekend I did the Festivus CrossFit competition in Castle Rock, Colorado, at CrossFit Loop. It was a great place, plenty of space, and nice hosts. I got third place in the female master’s division. Here’s the highlight video:

In October, I participated in an individual CrossFit competition in Castle Rock, Colorado, called Battle at the Rock. Hosted by Castle Rock Fitness, this event was as great as ever. I participated in the master’s competition, and although I didn’t podium, it was fun nevertheless.
The best part was the CrossFit floater, which we got to dive into a foam pit. You can watch the shenanigans here:
It was so much fun, as I describe above.

Fun day. Great hosts. Perfect weather. An absolute blast.
I highly recommend these guys. They put on great competitions and are as friendly as can be.
