Concept 2 Ski Erg Review

Recently, I picked up a Concept2 SkiErg machine for my CrossFit home gym.

I did this for several reasons:

  • It’s becoming a staple at CrossFit competitions
  • It shows up in a lot of my CrossFit programming workouts
  • It offers a great, low-impact cardio workout
  • It works the legs, core, and arms at one time
