2023 CrossFit Goals

Every year, I set CrossFit goals I hope to achieve.

For 2023, these are it:

  • Strict ring muscle ups
  • Butterfly chest-to-bar pull ups
  • String together more toes to bar
  • String together more butterfly pull ups
  • Improve all Olympic moves
  • Improve my handstand walks
  • Make it to the quarterfinals of the CrossFit Open
  • Work on mobility
  • Heal

Admittedly, I have not been progressing or trying that hard to progress. Now, I’m hoping to. With my own CrossFit coach and the motivation to quit being mediocre, I hope to succeed and make progress. We shall see.
