Hey all!
Recently, I added the Concept 2 Bike Erg machine to my home gym. It was the last big piece, since I have the Concept 2 Rower and Ski Erg.
Now, I can:
- Do my Zone 2 work easier
- Train on the Concept 2 Bike since it’s showing up in more CrossFit competitions
- Have a great non-impact/recovery machine
