I have become extremely frustrated with my CrossFit training.
I feel like I’m not improving in what I need to improve.
While I understand that CrossFit is a long-term game, I’ve been doing it long enough that I should be better. And, I should be seeing gains out of my CrossFit Games Training ā and I’m just not.
It’s really frustrating ā frustrating to the point I may not do this for much longer if something doesn’t change.
I’m seeing this through to the CrossFit Open 2023. But after that, I’m just unsure…
