CrossFit Open 23.2

Hey all!

CrossFit Open 23.2 consisted of:

AMRAP 15:

  • 5 burpee pulls ups
  • 10 shuttle runs

Add 5 burpee pulls ups every round.

Then, 5 minutes to max a thruster.
